Mathieu is an Associate Vice-President within CPCS’s Transcom Limited in Canada based in Lévis, Québec. He works closely on the planning and development of numerous major projects in the Transportation, Energy and, Resources sectors. He has been project manager or senior consultant for more than 150 studies across Canada, the U.S.A., and Africa.

Before joining CPCS, he worked within the consulting engineering industry for 18 years. Through his training and career, he has developed strong and original expertise in strategic planning, socioeconomics, market analysis, risk analysis as well as impact assessment. He has a comprehensive understanding of the issues surrounding the implementation of public policies and project development.
