
Doug Robinson is a seasoned executive and board director with over 30 years of leadership experience in global retail, building materials, and industrial supply chains. Known for his ability to architect and execute transformative strategies, Doug brings deep expertise in operations, merchandising, supply chain optimization, and digital commerce across both B2C and B2B sectors.
Doug’s most prominent executive role was as President of International Operations and Development at Lowe’s Companies, where he was instrumental in expanding the retail giant’s footprint into Canada, Mexico, and Australia—building international subsidiaries that grew to a combined $5 billion in revenue. He also led Lowe’s e-commerce and omni-channel transformation, overseeing digital strategy, customer contact centers, and repair services during a critical growth phase.
Doug has also held senior leadership roles as CEO of ARXX ICF, a specialty building products firm, and Beaver Lumber Company, where he turned around the business and led its successful divestiture. His early career began at 84 Lumber Company, where he ascended from a trainee to Corporate VP of Purchasing and helped drive a strategic shift from retail to contractor-focused sales, achieving record profitability.
