Despite the ongoing lockout at The Queen Elizabeth Hotel, we’ve ensured minimal impact on your experience. Our event is meticulously planned to deliver excellence, as always.
To help your trip run smoothly, here’s what you need to know:
- Registration Desk Hours:
- Tuesday, April 8th: 12:30 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.
- Wednesday, April 9th: 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
- Thursday, April 10th: 7:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
- Finalize your profile, schedule, and connect with fellow participants. If you can’t find your magic link for direct access, email info@montrealwoodconvention.com
- Dining Options:
- The hotel’s café, bar, and artisan market will be closed. The Rosélys restaurant is open for breakfast only, from 7 a.m. to 10 a.m. (no reservations).
- MWC 2025 has secured an exclusive bar for participants! Join us at Cathcart in Place Ville-Marie, accessible on foot via the underpass, open Monday to Wednesday until 1 a.m. Check out specific hours for each day in the App.
- Check the MWC app for a list of nearby top-rated restaurants and bar.
- Hotel Services:
- No housekeeping or room service will be available during your stay. For fresh towels, ask the front desk.
