The Signs are Clear, Everyone Agrees – Business is Best in Person!

It feels great to announce the return of the Montréal Wood Convention to the Fairmont Queen Elizabeth Hotel in Montréal on March 29-31, 2022. All the activities will be held in real-time, direct, and in-person.  

In addition, conferences will be broadcast live on an interactive platform. We will deliver an exciting experience for participants that will be attending in-person and virtually.  

As always, the MWC provides a rich program including the trade show, conferences on key topics, and tons of networking opportunities. The detailed program will be announced a little bit later this fall.   

Registrations are scheduled to open on November 3, 2021. Past exhibitors will benefit from advance registration starting October 27, 2021. A link will be sent by email to their representatives.  

The organising team will take necessary precautions to ensure the safety of all participants according to the guidelines put in place by federal and provincial governments. With a little creativity and a bag full of resilience, we will be able to reunite again.  

The current rules and restrictions for in-person events include the following measures:  

• - Participants must be fully vaccinated, and proof will be required to claim your registration package onsite  
• - Masks will be required inside until seated   
• - Une distanciation physique entre les participants devra être maintenue tout au long du séjour. De plus, un nombre limité de personnes pourra être réuni à un même endroit, qu’il s’agisse de l’espace de congrès ou des lieux publics de l’hôtel.
