Several members of our company were registered in the event, but we did not receive all the reimbursements at the same time.

Refunds are made by registration date from the oldest to the most recent. If you did not register all of your participants at the same time, this is perfectly normal. A cancellation confirmation will be sent to you by email at the address indicated in the registration form once the refund transaction has been completed.

I received a cancellation confirmation email from the registration system with a statement attached to the message. When will the refund appear on my credit card?

You must allow a few days before the amount appears on your card. This varies from one financial institution to another.

I am an overseas participant and I need to receive a confirmation from you in order to obtain a visa to enter Canada. How do I do this?

Overseas participants requiring a visa should send an email to with the following informations: Name of the participant, company name, business address and the quantity of wood imported per year.
