Refunds are made by registration date from the oldest to the most recent. If you did not register all of your participants at the same time, this is perfectly normal. A cancellation confirmation will be sent to you by email at the address indicated in the registration form once the refund transaction has been completed.
You must allow a few days before the amount appears on your card. This varies from one financial institution to another.
Overseas participants requiring a visa should send an email to info@montrealwoodconvention.com with the following informations: Name of the participant, company name, business address and the quantity of wood imported per year.
