Lumber producers with an annual production of 25 million board feet or more are required to have a booth at the Trade Show. In other words, these producers cannot participate in the event without having a booth.

When the same company registers more than 10 participants, the 11th and subsequent registrations will be reduced to $230.
This will happen automatically once your company has registered the 11th person in the registration portal. Click on the Register to Attend button at the bottom of the page to access it.
Badges must be worn for admittance to all convention functions. Registrations based on bogus company affiliations and badge switching are embarrassing for all concerned, are absolutely prohibited, and could lead to expulsion from the Montreal Wood Convention and forfeiture of registration fees. No alterations to badges or business cards are allowed.
Only registrants possessing valid credentials will be permitted entrance to the convention floor or any other convention function. To preserve the integrity of this event, registration requirements as determined by the Montreal Wood Convention will be strictly enforced. Questions on attendee or exhibitor qualifications should be directed to the Organizing Committee by telephone at 418 650-6385.

Participants requesting changes to their registration that include a refund of the participation fee will be charged an administration fee of CAD 40 per participation refunded plus applicable taxes. Please ensure that you register in the correct category.
Delegates who cancel on or before March 8, 2024, will receive a full refund, less an administration fee of CAD 40 per person plus applicable taxes. No refunds will be made for cancellations received after March 8, 2024. Your refund could be proceeded after the event. This policy also applies to people requiring travel visas that are not granted in time.
No refunds will be permitted in the case of death, natural disasters (storm, flood, earthquake, etc.), war, terrorism, lockout, or fire, except for the application by the organizer of the measures in force concerning COVID-19. (Some administrative fees may apply.)
