Badges must be worn for admittance to all convention functions. Registrations based on bogus company affiliations and badge switching are embarrassing for all concerned, are absolutely prohibited, and could lead to expulsion from the Montreal Wood Convention and forfeiture of registration fees. No alterations to badges or business cards are allowed.
Only registrants possessing valid credentials will be permitted entrance to the convention floor or any other convention function. To preserve the integrity of this event, registration requirements as determined by the Montreal Wood Convention will be strictly enforced. Questions on attendee or exhibitor qualifications should be directed to the Organizing Committee by telephone at 418 650-6385.
Participants requesting changes to their registration that include a refund of the participation fee will be charged an administration fee of $20 CAD per person plus applicable taxes. Please ensure that you register in the correct category.
Delegates who cancel on or before March 10, 2022, will receive a full refund less an administration fee of $20 CAD per person plus applicable taxes. No refunds will be made for cancellations received after May 6, 2022. All refunds will be made after the event.
No reservation refunds will be permitted in the case of death, natural disasters (storm, flood, earthquake, etc.), war, terrorism, lockout, fire, except for the application by the organizer of the measures in force concerning COVID-19.(Some administrative fees may apply).
